As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, in accordance with Section 7(1) DDG. Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor third party information that we transmit or store, or to look for circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. This does not affect any obligation to remove or block information under the general laws. Liability of that kind arises only from the moment we learn of a specific infringement, and as soon as we do, we remove the content concerned without delay.
